For residents & subscribers

How do I get patrol coverage or join my suburb’s program?

Patrol programs are run with local security partners. If your community uses PatrolX, your partner or body corporate will invite you or provide sign-up details. We cannot add individuals to a suburb from this support page.

I submitted an enquiry in the app — what happens next?

Your message is sent to the relevant security partner for that area. They or our team may follow up by email or phone. If you do not hear back within a few business days, contact us using the form above with the email you used.

I forgot my password or cannot sign in.

On the sign-in screen, use the password reset option and check your email (including spam). If you still cannot access your account, email support with the address you registered.

For field workers (officers)

How do I get login credentials?

Accounts are created by your security company or suburb administrator. They will send you an invitation or temporary sign-in details. We do not issue passwords from this page for security reasons.

How do I start or end a shift, or log an incident?

If your security admin has invited you, open the PatrolX app and sign in, then go to Patrol to start your shift. Once your shift is running, you can create an incident from Create Post. End your shift from Patrol when you are finished.

The app says my subscription is expired or I have no access.

Contact your security partner or administrator — they manage subscription status and suburb access.

How is my data protected?

We use encrypted connections, secure authentication, and database access controls scoped to your area. Read more in our Privacy Policy (link below).

How do I delete my account?

Subscribers and officers can delete from the app under Profile → Delete my account, or use the web deletion page linked in the Account & privacy section below. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed and what may be retained for audit or legal reasons.
